Jubilee of HM King William V
On the 26th of September, HM The King released a speech on His Majesty's Jubilee. In the speech His Majesty congratulated with all the Citizens of the Empire for their support and devotion. His Majesty granted titles and honours to the most hard-working and devoted Citizens. Many congratulations followed by the Citizens. Here it is a copy of His Majesty's speech:
[London] - My Subjects, My Friends current and former, and all those that reside or have resided in this Empire of Great Britain;
I pen this address to all of you. Whether you are still here or not, you have likely made a mark on this still flowering and growing community. And I thank you for that.
One year, one month, and six days. I have had the utmost honour to sit atop this grandiose and sometimes scary throne. But it hasn’t been all scary. It’s been fun interacting with each and every one of you. From the newcomers of Sarah and Eliza and SanioHind to those who have been here since the beginning of my rule. My Son Victor, my Sister Elizabeth, My close Friends Minerva, James, and more.
While I try to keep Honours Lists as far apart as possible, I feel it is only fair to honour those who have been instrumental in assisting with my reign:
I would First like to bestow upon Her Royal Highness the Princess Royal, the position of Lady of the Garter in the Most Noble Order of the Garter for her faithfulness, stalwart advice, and the rare ability to keep myself in check amongst the numerous other services to the realm.
I would like to secondly bestow upon Her Ladyship the titles of Marchioness of Hamilton and Duchess of Manitoba for, much like the PR, her faithfulness, stalwart advice, and the rare ability to keep myself in check, in addition to outstanding service in the Lords with election reform that she now manages, and unparalleled judicial skill, knowledge and experience.
I would also like to bestow upon the Rt Hon Baronet of Ripon the Barony of Harrogate for his leadership in a crucial Period of the Empire’s history
I would like to finally bestow upon the Speaker of the House of Commons, the position of Knight Commander in the Most Honourable Order of the Bath for his persistency and dedicated service to the realm
