It received Royal assent on December 17, 2021.The Employment ActArticle 1 - EmploymentSection 1 - Employment1. All Councillors may apply to work within the Ministries.2. There is no restriction of the number of Ministries a Councillor may work in.3. Applications will be reviewed by the Lord Chancellor and the respective Ministers.4. When rejecting an application, the reason for rejection should be stated.5. If a Ministry worker loses their Councillor status they will automatically lose their job in all Ministries.6. Ministry workers may be fired at any time by the Lord Chancellor, or by a Minister with the approval of the Lord Chancellor.Section 2 - Employment Office1. A subforum called “The Office of Employment” will be maintained within “The Registry”.2. The application forms for each Ministry will be kept within The Office of Employment.3. Applications submitted in the Employment Office will be reviewed as per Section 1 of this Article.4. Application forms for other jobs within the region (governmental or private) may also be posted within this subforum.Section 3 - Unified Councillor and Ministry Applications1. Residents applying for Councillor status must must apply to work in a Ministry within the same application.2. Ministry applications made in this way will be reviewed as per Section 1 of this Article.3. A brief description of each Ministry will be included in the thread with the application form.
