Councillor = Citizen, and poll on which to display.

As I have been doing things, being a Citizen has mostly just been referred to as being a Councillor.  I just wanted to officially put out that the two are interchangeable. 

I also wanted to give people a chance to vote on which they rather be more visible.  If I was going to change which is displayed unilaterally I likely should have done it when the new constitution was first passed making a Citizen officially a thing.  Now however I feel if I were to change it there should be some public input.  So, which title would you prefer to be more visible, Councillor or Citizen?
