The following executive order was issued by Supreme Chancellor Caldemar Leutria on May 26, 2020.
Amended by EO 010 which was issued by Interim Chancellor Ichika Avarí Zobieski on Jan 07, 2021.
Executive Order 004 - Promotion of Employment
Article 1 - Amendments
Section 1 - Nullification
1. Executive Order 001, Article 2, Section 2 will be repealed.
Article 2 - Employment
Section 1 - Employment
2. There is no restriction of the number of Ministries a Councillor may work in.
3. Applications will be reviewed by the Supreme Chancellor and Ministers.
4. When rejecting an application, the reason for rejection should be stated.
5. If a Ministry worker loses their Councillor status they will automatically lose their job in all Ministries.
6. Ministry workers may be fired at any time by the Supreme Chancellor, or by a Minister with the approval of the Supreme Chancellor.
Section 2 - Employment Office
1. A subforum called “The Office of Employment” will be created within “The Registry”.
2. The application forms for each Ministry will be kept within The Office of Employment.
3. Applications submitted in the Employment Office will be reviewed as per Section 1 of this Article.
4. Application forms for other jobs within the region (governmental or private) may also be posted within this subform.
Section 3 - Unified Counselor and Ministry Applications
1. Residents applying for Councillor status may apply to work in a Ministry within the same application.
2. Ministry applications made in this way will be reviewed as per Section 1 of this Article..
3. The Councillor application form will be amended to include a question on what Ministries you would like to work in.
4. A brief description of each Ministry will be included in the thread with the application form.{Showing Amendments}
