This Act was passed by a vote of 2-0 on August 4, 2020.
Section 1 - Formation
1. The Minister of Culture shall create an application for the creation of new media companies which shall be pinned in Media Alley.
2. All Councillors will have the right to apply to form a media company.
3. Applications are to be approved by the Minister of Culture.
4. Refused applications may be appealed to the High Tribunal.
Section 2 - Removal
1. If nothing has been posted by a media outlet in sixty (60) days it will be considered inactive.
2. Inactive media outlets will be issued a notice of archival by the The Ministry of Culture.
3. If no post has been made by the media outlet within fourteen (14) days of the notice of archival, its subforum will be moved to the archives.
4. The The Ministry of Culture may grant up to a thirty (30) day grace period before archival occurs if asked by the owner of the media outlet.

1. New roleplays can be created as a standalone thread by any Councillor, Tourist, or Diplomat.
2. Roleplays requiring their own subforum must run an “interest check”. If three (3) people say they will take part a subforum will be granted.
Section 2 - Removal
1. Roleplays in a standalone thread will not be subject to removal due to inactivity.
2. If no “in character” posts have been made in a Lavender Theater subforum in ninety (90) days it will be considered inactive.
3. Inactive Lavender Theater subforums will be issued a notice of archival by the Lavender Theater Moderator.
4. If no “in character” posts are made within sixty (60) days of the notice of archival, the subforum will be moved to the archives.
Section 1 - Lord Chancellor
1. The Lord Chancellor may issue a notice of executive removal to any society, media outlet, or roleplay.
2. The reasons for the executive removal must be included with the notice. Reasons not stated on the notice may not be brought up on appeal, however stated reasons may be expanded on.
3. Seven (7) days after a notice of executive removal the subforum will be moved to the archives, unless it is under appeal.
Section 2 - Appeals
1. Executive removals may be appealed to the High Tribunal by any Councillor.
