The following executive order was issued by Supreme Chancellor Skar Quilor on Jun 22, 2020.
Superseded by D.C. 2020/012 on January 3, 2021.
Executive Order 005 - Creation of the "Family Registry"
To achieve the goal of increasing unity and activity, this Executive Order creates the "Family Registry" where individual Kantrians can register their family and announce marriages, births and adoptions.
Article 1 - Registration
Section 1 - Creation of the "Family Registry"
1. A sub-board within the "Registry" is created, called "The Family Registry".
2. A thread called "Family Archives" is created, with only one post. Within this post administrators will record;
a. Newly registered families.
b. Official Status.
3. The family registration forms for each family will be kept within "The Family Registry".
1. Every marriage, birth, adoption, and other changes in family status is required to be registered in the family's registration thread following the template by a responsible person within each family.
a. When chronicling a marriage, both the name of the original family and the family that is being joined are to be recorded.
2. When two families merge into one, they are required to pick a family registration thread as the main one. The other thread will be merged into it or locked, this is up to the family to decide.
1. Unrelated individuals are barred from using a family name that has a recognized Official Status and has been recorded as such.
The above Executive Order is brought into effect by the power of the Office of the Supreme Chancellor of the Council of Kantrias.
