Executive Order 009 - Honorary Councillorship

1. The title of Honorary Councillor is hereby created.
2. Honorary Councillors will have access to all areas of the forums Councillors have.
3. Honorary Councillors are not permitted to vote in elections, or on proposals before the Delphinium Council.


Section 1 - Granting



1. The Supreme Chancellor can propose individuals to the Delphinium Council for Honorary Councillor status.
2. The Delphinium Council shall debate and vote on proposed individuals in the same manner as nominated Justices.
3. Honorary Councillor status will only be granted after the approval of the Delphinium Council.

Section 2 - Removal



1. If an individual with Honorary Councillor status is convicted of a crime, said status will be automatically stripped from them.
2. Citizens can propose stripping of the Honorary status following procedure of submitting a proposal
