Executive Order 002 - Provisional World Assembly Law

As the World Assembly Delegate is a position that must exist in the region, and as no law currently regulates their actions, it is necessary that some regulation be put in place. This executive order shall act as that regulation until such a time that the Delphinium Council passes new regulations into law.


Section 1 - World Assembly Delegate

1. The World Assembly Delegate will be the nation of Asian Lands.
2. If Asian Lands resigns from the World Assembly or leaves Kantrias, a new World Assembly Delegate will be appointed by the Supreme Chancellor.

Section 2 - Duties and Voting

1. The World Assembly Delegate will be responsible for making sure Kantrias is aware of proposals at vote.
2. The World Assembly Delegate should post relevant information about proposals at vote from the World Assembly forums or Telegrams within the #world_assembly channel of the Discord server.
3. The World Assembly Delegate shall cast their vote on World Assembly proposals to match the majority vote of the region at any point during the last 24 hours of voting. If the majority changes after the World Assembly Delegate has voted they do not have to change their vote.


Section 1 - Endorsing the Delegate

1. All nations in the World Assembly are strongly urged to endorse the World Assembly Delegate.

Section 2 - Endorsement Cap

1. The endorsement cap shall be set at 75% of the endorsements held by the World Assembly Delegate.
2. No one shall endorse a nation if it will push them over the endorsement cap. Nations pushing another one over the endorsement cap will be held equally responsible.
3. Nations above the endorsement cap will be notified by telegram and given 24 hours, or until more endorsements are gained to rectify the situation.
4. Nations above the cap will be subjected by an endorsement campaign led by the regional administration.
5. If a nation illegally becomes the World Assembly Delegate they may be ejected from the region.
6. The Supreme Chancellor is responsible for monitoring endorsements, however all Councillors are encouraged to report any nations over the endorsement cap.


The above executive order is brought into effect by the power of the office of Supreme Chancellor.
